Episode 31--The Cthulhu Mythos (Part One)

Good Evening, my lovely deviants!

Your faithful high priest of all things icky, and Cthulhu, is back! This week, I preach the vile gospel of our Lord Cthulhu. I come to you with tidings of doom, gloom, and eldritch nightmares as I discuss the Cthulhu Mythos.

This week, I discuss four stories from the legendary Mythos.

They are...

The Nameless City
The Festival
The Dunwich Horror
The Call of CTHULHU!

By no means is this an exhaustive study of Lovecraft. These episodes are meant to serve as a starting point for analysis, and study, of the world of H.P. Lovecraft, and his creations.

As always, you can listen to the eldritch horror here. Or, you can download the show from archive.org

This Week's FROM THE VAULTS
The forgotten classic RITUALS (A.K.A The Creeper) from 1977. This is a public domain film that is soon to be released on DVD (later this month, actually). It stars the great Hal Holbrook, who squares off against the elements, and an unseen killer.

Also...One of the sickest, and possibly coolest, toys of the 1960's...the SHRUNKEN HEAD KIT!
